Coat and bag area...
In our studio, we'll ask you to hang your coats and bags up in our private waiting area.
Wash your hands
When you arrive we will ask you to wash your hands with hand sanitiser.
Cleaning
We will clean the studio and viewing areas after each customer.
Props
Props and blankets we use will be cleaned between each client.
Collections
We will provide you with a dedicated collection time, ensuring there is reduced client cross-over. We will ask you to make any payment by phone before you come.
Payments
We won't accept cash for now. Card or finance payments only.
Social Distancing
We still love you, but we'll keep 2m away!
Face Masks
You need to wear a mask when visiting our studio, unless you are medically unable to do so. You should wear a mask during your viewing and pickup appointments. For photoshoots, once you are in the studio, you can remove your mask for your photography session.
If you'd like your photographer to wear a mask please ask.
Low Traffic
We can't wait to serve you in the studio! When getting photographed, you will have the entire top floor to yourselves! We have staggered appointments to avoid mixing.
